Type PMP now with ATEX approval
The PMP series which already communicates via the established bus system Profibus PA has now been complemented by new sensors with ATEX approval for the categories 1G und 1/2D.
The PMP type distinguishes itself by its high accuracy of 0.2 %, improved temperature decoupling, electronic temperature compensation and hygienic design. The new pressure transmitter as an advanced product of the PM series offers extended diagnostic capabilities via the Profibus PA.
To ensure this, the unit carries out self-tests while in operation. The diagnosis status can be polled cyclically or acyclically via the Profibus master.
