Inductive analogue sensors can be used wherever measurements down to a tenth of a millimetre must be made. The sensors reliably detect even very small changes in distance. All intermediate positions between the adjustable start and end values can be detected. The linear output signal facilitates processing in the controller.
The inductive analogue sensors from ifm electronic measure distances up to 26 mm. Process monitoring and control are carried out via the linearised standard signals 4...20 mA or 0...10 V. The different M12, M18, M30 and rectangular designs support the ideal integration in your plant.
Thanks to innovative technology the analogue sensors achieve the high repeatability of 1 % or 2 %. Moreover the low linearity error of 1 % or 3 % ensures an excellent quality of the measuring circuit. The extraordinarily wide temperature range of -25...80 °C also enables handling of critical applications.
