No calibration necessary – just fit and forget !- Integrated temperature decoupling and hygienic connection, for CIP and SIP.
- Accuracy 0.2 K from -10...100 °C, 0.3 K from -25...-10 / 100...150 °C.
- Transmitter with backup function and drift monitoring.
- Configurable diagnosis, evaluated via a separate diagnostic output.
- Temperature range from -25...150 °C, peak temperatures between -32...170 °C.
No more calibration In many applications of the food and pharmaceutical industries the temperature sensors used must be calibrated regularly, which is very time-consuming and expensive. This is no longer necessary with the temperature sensor presented here. The use of two different sensor elements that monitor each other in the process ensures that a developing sensor drift is detected and reliably diagnosed. Furthermore, if one element fails, the process continues with the second measuring element (backup function). Via the diagnostic output of the sensor possible error states are directly transmitted to the higher-level controller. Calibration, if required at all, is condition-based.
