Innovative multiplexed sensing technology

The efector valvis sensor consists of an arrangement of 16 air coils multiplexed together to create a linear inductive sensing field. the resolution of the sensing field is 0.2 mm.

Each individual coil is connected to the microprocessor-controlled electronics. As a valve stem enters into the coil arrangement, the coils detect the valve stem one after the other. The resulting signal of the stem is compared with the teach-in switch points. The integrated LED display and switching outputs provide valve position feedback.

The innovative multiplexed sensing technology enables high precision of feedback and the ability to detect the condition of the valve seal.
